Exclusions
1. Any meal, Hi Tea, Refreshment, Running Tea/ Coffee & snacks.
2. Expenses & Services of a personal nature telephone calls, mineral water, any meals not part of the itinerary menu, room service orders, mini bar, other beverages (alcoholic or non alcoholic), snacks or refreshments or any other usage laundry, personal entertainment expenses.
3. Anything extra which is not mentioned in the inclusions.
4. 2.58 % Government Service Tax.

- Check in time – 01:00 noon, Check out time – 10:00 am
- Booking confirmation is subject to receipt 50% advance payment and left payment pay at arrival.
- Without advance, payment booking is not confirmed
- In case of non-availability of rooms, 100% refund would be provided.
- Children above 06 years Get to the charge 25%
- Children above 12 years Get to the charge 35%
- Guest need to carry same original id cards
- In case of early check-in and late checkout, rooms will be provided as per the check-in and checkout timings of Resort above.
- In case of flooding, heavy rain, riots, protest by local, arson, epidemic etc situation We Have has the right to cancel a confirmed booking or stop taking booking
- In case a guest is not carrying the same original Id card resort has the right to not allow entry in resort
